I love the folding yoga mat so much! I stand on my feet all day at work, but on my breaks I can now throw down my mat and stretch out the lower back. Them fold it up and put it in my backpack and go!

I originally bought this just as a way to have a yoga mat that I could carry in a bag but I’ve found it to be much more useful. It is excellent for standing or balance exercises. I also use it for traction while lifting weights so I don’t have to wear shoes in the house. You can fold it in half lengthwise and it fits perfectly over the Yes4All aerobic deck/weight-lifting bench.

This mat is so easy to travel with. It’s not as nice as my typical at home mat but it really works for travel. There is a pretty funky smell at first so I laid it outside for several days to air out.

I just received and haven’t used it for an actual workout. I like how easy it unfolds and I can put back together. It will make carrying it to the gym so much easier then the regular Mat. I did get on it really quick and did a quick downward dog and my feet felt like I had a good grip. I would recommend of anything for how easy it is to travel with. It will go comfy in my work bag! I plan on leaving it at work, so when I go into a conference room, I can carry it discreetly without letting everyone know I have a yoga mat.

I bought this so when I travel I have a go to yoga mat that belongs to me. I travel frequently and you get tired of doing Yoga in the Gym or using one of the Gym mats (bleh). I have used it several times and it does the job. I wouldn’t use this at home or as a regular Yoga mat. I do like that it is somewhat sticky. Remember it is light weight so if you are really aggressive with your moves the mat will move underneath you.

I’ve been using this mat for the past 3 to four months and I could say, this mat is an excellent choice for a serious yoga practitioner, especially the one practicing hot yoga.This mat is thin and provides excellent surface for balancing poses because softer thicker mats will cause you to lose balance.It really activates when you start sweating and you will not slide on poses like crescent lunge, warrior one and two, triangle, extended side angle or wide legged forward bend.I received the other design by mistake, the one with the stripes, and that design improved my practice a lot because it provides excellent cues on where to place feet and hands in poses such as downward dog or the warrior one or two.I practice hot yoga almost every day and I love this mat. It’s very cool, it stands out and I get a lot of compliments about it.If in the beginning of your practice you slip a little, you just need to pour some water on it and rub it on the spots where you place your hands and feet and that immediately activates the non slip properties of the mat.Highly recommended. I’m a flight attendant and was looking to find a mat to take on layovers and this folds up so easily in my suitcase and is much better than being on the nasty hotel floor with just a towel. I’d recommend for travel or for other FA’s. It is very thin, but oh well.

I bought 2 of these mats to use on our patio. The quality is OK for the price and for indoor minimal use. However, the surface snags fairly easily. It is light-weight and rolls snugly, which makes it ideal to take on vacation.
